Cumberland Panthers Refund Policy

 Refunds may be issued based on the following:

a)    A full registration refund will be given if the family changes his/her mind between the point of registration and before the program commences (i.e. player never steps on the field, no equipment or uniform purchased/issued to player).

b)    A full refund (minus $50 - $300 tryout fee) will be given if the player is released during/after the tryout process. 

c)     A pro-rated refund will be given if the player does not continue the season due to medical reasons or injury during the season where the player cannot be medically cleared to return to the field.  The pro-rated refund will be based on the number of practices and games to date vs the total number of practices and games in the regular season and will deduct the tryout fee ($50 - $300) as well as any other costs incurred (uniform, player packages, field &dome time, team buses, etc.). 

d)    No refund will be given if player has:

  • accepted a roster spot on the team after the tryout process and the player chooses to leave on own accord.  The basis of this policy is that the roster spot could have been granted to another player.
  • player does not return equipment in a timely manner
